Work Life Balance
We understand employees have lives outside of work and we encourage you to live them! We offer a minimum of 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing after 3 years of service. If this isn’t enough, you can also purchase extra holidays if you need them. We also, reward you for 10 years of service with an additional 25 days on top of your existing annual leave, better get planning that sabbatical!
We regularly hold community and social events where we encourage our team members, to join in and get involved. From summer BBQs through to participating in charity events in the local area, there is always something to be involved with.
