About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple projects from survey to installation. You’ll take a strategic, hands-on approach to delivery while working closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and support business growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Project Budgeting & Cost Management: Manage budgets to align with projections and timelines.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead the project team and foster collaboration with key managers.
  • Forecasting & Roadmap Creation: Develop clear project roadmaps with defined goals and resources.
  • Resource Coordination: Effectively prioritise and allocate resources across projects.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships and provide regular performance updates.
  • Project Planning & Execution: Ensure smooth delivery by managing timelines and resources.
  • Performance Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance delivery.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor costs to maintain a balanced P&L.
  • Reporting: Deliver regular progress reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and lead customer review meetings.
  • Escalation Point: Act as the main point of escalation in the Account Manager’s absence.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Project Management Expertise: Experienced in leading physical complex projects, particularly in the hospitality and retail sectors
  • Leadership: Skilled in mentoring and coaching junior team members also managing office-based and remote teams.
  • Network Knowledge: Familiar with network infrastructure, data, power, and Wi-Fi systems.
  • Budget Management: Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs across projects.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with project management tools and MS Office.
  • Customer-Focused: Strong record of delivering client-focused solutions and building relationships.
  • Adaptable: Thrives in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
  • Travel Willingness: Holds a full UK license and willing to travel, including overnight stays.
