As 2022 draws to a close it’s important to take a moment to reflect on how the business has performed, developed and grown throughout the year. We celebrated our 15th Birthday and welcomed some amazing new people, talent and clients into the business which makes me very proud.
This year has been no exception, delivering high-quality services and solutions have taken a lot of focus and dedication from our teams and partners around the UK and Europe, without this commitment of so many amazing people we would not have delivered so many exciting and challenging projects this year and be able to reflect on the successes.
15 years is a fantastic achievement and one so many of us are proud of, the journey, the people and the advances in technology have enabled so many opportunities to support our growth and success, and this year has been no exception as we finish strong with a great outlook for 2023.
This year we have established new ways of flexible working and have been able to provide some amazing events to bring everyone back together, it’s been fun and rewarding to see normality return and find a new balance in the way we work and deliver.
