Mitchells & Butlers is the largest operator of restaurants, pubs and bars in the UK. They provide a wide choice of eating and drinking-out experiences through their well known and loved brands which include Harvester, All Bar One, Browns, O’Neills, Miller & Carter, Sizzling Pubs and Toby Carvery.

To enhance the customer experience, Mitchells & Butlers wanted to upgrade their existing EPoS system. They moved from EBRS to a Zonal Aztec system as part of their GO! Technology rollout. This involved the deployment of new EPoS, Mobile Ordering and Kitchen Management Systems at over 1,600 sites throughout the UK.
