Celestra worked in partnership for the Costa WRS system upgrade to deliver a new solution across their UK and Ireland estates. Celestra provided the Engineering Team, with comprehensive Project Management and detailed project coordination, as well as all the warehousing and logistics for the roll-out. WRS provided a new, dynamic EPoS platform and a great, collaborative working approach.

Founded in London in 1971 by the brothers Sergio and Bruno, Costa was a wholesale operation. Supplying roasted coffee to caterers and specialist Italian coffee shops. Whitbread acquired Costa in 1995. Since then has become the largest and fastest-growing coffee shop chain in the UK. Having over 2,861 stores across 30 countries.
