I am delighted to announce the promotion of Simon Taylor to Managing Director, effective from 1st August 2021. This latest leadership addition further demonstrates our commitment to nurturing and supporting the talent within Celestra.
Since joining the business shortly after its conception in 2007, Simon has played a pivotal role in the overall success of Celestra, holding a number of key roles across operations and project delivery, most recently in the role of Head of Operations.
What has always been clear to me is that Simon is passionate and driven, as well as demonstrating a high level of leadership & commercial acumen he has established a reputation for delivering exceptional service delivery standards that truly connect with our customers. That leadership can be seen in the quality of our project & service delivery, both of which he has continued to develop to the highest standards.
Simon’s role of Managing Director will be crucial to our ongoing success, and I know that in Simon we have a top-class leader dedicated to delivering service excellence to our customers. Simon will lead the new senior management team across our five main functions and report to myself and Mark Adkins.
This announcement makes me extremely proud. We have promoted from within for a very senior role and we’ve helped one of our most valued leaders pursue his next chapter at Celestra.
