As we reflect on the achievements of 2023, we can proudly proclaim a year of development and success for our team and the business as a whole. Our stellar year was largely fueled by nurturing our longstanding relationships and the continued support from you, our clients and partners.
Navigating the year, we embarked on significant projects with many major clients, welcomed back esteemed partners and forged new connections with renowned brands all of which you will see our Engineers supporting over the coming years.
Throughout these endeavours, our commitment to the 5Cs – Customisation, Craftsmanship, Caring, Can-Do Attitude, and Comprehensive Solutions – remained unwavering.
In terms of customisation, we diligently invested in systems, people, and processes to enhance efficiency and surpass expectations. The growth we witnessed stemmed from our long-term customers’ embrace of digital signage and our innovative technological solutions.
Care was at the forefront of our endeavours as we actively engaged in charitable initiatives, including dragon boat races, cycling events, inflatable course 5K races and events days. We raised collectively over £6000 in donations for our chosen charities Ronald McDonald House Charites and BBC Children in Need. Well done and thank you to everyone who donated.
We also employed the next generation of IT experts in the form of apprentices, fostering the growth of future IT professionals and supporting local communities and training programs. We look forward to seeing these individuals thrive and develop during their time with us and delivering that can-do attitude everyone expects of Celestra.
Our craftmanship manifested in our commitment to support team members with their personal and professional development. Many team members acquired fresh and exciting new skills, and accreditations, which benefited themselves and the continuous improvement of our company.
We comprehensively revamped and revitalised our Support Centre and its services, elevating our ability to meet and surpass the stringent expectations of all our clients.
Looking ahead to 2024, we anticipate stability as a foundation for further business growth. Exciting prospects include our debut into the world of tradeshows and further expansion in Europe with new and exciting partners.
