As the brand continues to serve millions of customers with fresh, high-quality food and beverages, ensuring robust and reliable IT systems is more critical than ever. 

Our Service Delivery Team will provide Pret with a fully managed support model tailored to their operational needs. This includes rapid first-response support, on-site hardware maintenance and repairs, replacement services, and network connectivity troubleshooting, all backed by secure warehousing, logistics, and stock availability to minimise downtime.
