utilising Kronus methodology and internal systems for streamlined project delivery.

accurate creation of Statements of Work (SOWs) between clients and Celestra.
• Drive cost control and efficiency by regularly reviewing profit and loss accounts and
identifying areas for cost optimisation.
• Oversee daily invoicing and billing, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions with
clients.
• Prepare and present documents for Project Review meetings, offering key stakeholders a
clear understanding of project status, performance, and financial health.
• Take responsibility for managing the programme budget, ensuring costs are controlled and
aligned with overall programme objectives.
• Conduct regular reviews with Project Managers and Account Managers to ensure continuous
alignment and project success.

and utilisation of talent.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the project team, fostering a high-performance culture to
maintain Celestra’s exceptional service delivery standards.
• Formulate action plans to manage risks, goals, challenges, and opportunities, ensuring clear
direction and proactive mitigation strategies.
• Own forecasting and prioritisation for customer success, ensuring that all assigned accounts
receive the attention and resources needed to meet their objectives.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, building strong relationships and
ensuring exceptional client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
