What's in store for 2017 - Merry Christmas from Celestra

Last year we predicted trends for 2016 in Hospitality and Retail. Unsurprisingly we have seen those predictions come to fruition. Most notably, data is still important for mutual gain across multiple departments; shopping experiences are continuing to evolve with Retailers such as Superdry joining the smart mirror trend and the likes of KFC and McDonald’s have implemented their smart kitchens across their sites in the UK.

For 2017, we are likely to notice these trends continue, and what is really on the horizon is the excitement of real-time and personalised promotions that drive traffic both online and offline. So keep an eye out!

Excitingly for us at Celestra, 2017 sees us celebrating our tenth year of serving star solutions to the UK’s biggest brands in Hospitality and Retail. We are incredibly proud of our achievements and have made some excellent partnerships along the way. Our Client portfolio has grown from strength to strength and can be attributed to the 5Cs and their fundamental connection to delivering high standards every time.
