Support Centre Coordinator

The Support Centre Coordinator is the first port of call between the Client, the Engineer and the End User. The suitable candidate will be logging calls, scheduling Engineers, updating reports, but will maintain control when issues occur.

The hours of work are full time, Wednesday to Sunday, 08:30 – 17:30 (09:00 – 18:00, Saturday – Sunday). A degree of flexibility will be required depending on workload.
